The Earth Educators Fellowship brings together 20 young environmentalists, emerging grassroots conservationists, school teachers, and informal educators who have an enterprising spirit to challenge the status quo of nature and conservation education in schools and in their communities. They are invited to embark on a 12-month leadership incubator program to explore the natural world, curate experiential learning projects for students, develop skills, and mobilize the community to reimagine nature and conservation education in schools through creative and practical ways.

Earth Authors is a first-of-its-kind mentoring program for children who want to create children’s books. Walking mindfully, middle school students explore the natural world and create storybooks using real-life discoveries. Along the way, they understand crucial threats to the planet, such as the climate crisis, and solutions like ecosystem restoration, food security, and planetary health. Participants learn through a blended, research-backed curriculum designed and implemented by experts. Using their learnings, each participant will write, illustrate, publish a storybook, and speak up for conservation causes. This way, their experiences will help them become critical thinkers, problem solvers, and wise-reasoning individuals.
